Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are employee-led groups that work to foster diversty & inclusion within their organization. ICYDK: Military-ready employers often have Veteran ERGs, both veterans and civilians, that work together in support of military inclusion and community engagement.
We believe the members of Veteran ERGs can be amazing sources of information for those in transition.
In collaboration with these leading military-ready employers, this team of mentors has been nominated by their employers. Most are veterans and all are part of their employer's Veterans ERG. They can give you guidance and thoughts overall but importantly, they are working closely with their Military/Veteran Hiring team - so they can connect you directly with potential opportunities at military-ready employers that we partner with closely with everyday.
