At 50strong, we partner with companies and organizations that are committed to supporting the military-connected community. Whether you're a current employee, an alumni of a partner organization, or simply someone who wants to give back—we welcome you to serve as a mentor through the 50strong Mentor platform.

This is a low-barrier, high-impact way to make a difference—whether you're sharing industry insights, reviewing resumes, or just being a sounding board. There's no long-term commitment, required—your involvement is flexible and completely on your terms.

If you're affiliated with a 50strong partner organization, your interest will be shared with your organization's designated administrator for approval. Once approved by the Organization Administrator, you’ll gain access to the platform and can begin connecting with mentees.

If you are not an employee of one of our sponsor partners, we still welcome you to join as a Community Mentor at any time. Community Mentors play a vital role in providing guidance and support to those navigating career transitions.
