How 50strong Referrals Work

At 50strong, we’re not a staffing agency - we don’t place candidates or make hiring decisions. We’re also not a VSO that provides case management.

Instead, you’re in control. When you register with 50strong, you can choose to opt in to share limited registration information with employers who are actively recruiting military-connected talent. This helps employers discover potential candidates and helps you learn about organizations that might align with your goals.

Important:

• Sharing your information through 50strong is not a substitute for applying directly with an employer.

• Participation is not part of any pre-employment or hiring process.

• We do not share rank with employers.

If an employer reaches out, you’ll always apply or engage directly through that employer’s own process. 50strong simply makes the introduction possible — you decide what’s right for you.
