How it works for You as a Mentee

1. Submit Your Interest

2. Create Your Profile
   Set up your mentee profile, including your backgroud, goals, and areas where you're looking for guidance​​

3. Review & Approval
   Your interest will be shared with your organizations's administrator. Once approved, you'll receive an email invitation to join their mentoring community.

4. Start Booking Sessions
   Browse mentors, send requests, and meet via integrated video links (no extra tools required)
