How 50strong Referrals Work

At 50strong, we’re not a staffing agency - we don’t place candidates or use resumes to make hiring decisions.  We're also not a VSO that does case management.

Instead, we give you control. When you register with 50strong, you can opt in to share your registration information with employers who are actively recruiting military-connected talent. This allows us allows us to share your info with our employer partners.

We simply help employers discover great talent and help you learn about opportunities that might be a fit. You’ll always apply directly through the employer’s own hiring process if you decide to pursue a position.​


Employers may use your shared registration data to invite you to connect, attend events or explore open opportunities. You decide what’s right for you.
